We are a small HR consultancy business with experience working with SME’s, large corporates and individual to help them achieve their people, personal and HR goals. With over 25 years’ experience gained in companies with both UK and international operations, Rob has worked in and led HR functions of different levels of scale and complexity. Running through this has been themes of business transformation and  getting organisations in the right shape to be the best they can be to deliver great service to their customer.

With an in-depth knowledge of UK and international labour law and practices and a strong grasp of modern HR practices, Rob ensures the HR functions of organisations he works with add the value required.  The solutions are delivered in a pragmatic way with a transparent style.

Rob is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.

Outside of work Rob is a qualified RFU coach and a keen squash player.
